The Shadow Axis is a society of super-criminals, originally led with an iron fist by the super-mastermind called Tyrant. The supers of the Shadow Axis followed Tyrant’s manifesto and statement of purpose that the world will bend to his will. Then Stormfront usurped Tyrant’s control and cast him out, taking his predecessor’s manifesto for his own. It is not yet known how many super-villains have stepped into the ranks of the Shadow Axis, but it is feared that its numbers are unmatched by any hero team.
