Syndicate 7 was previously a loose affiliation of super-criminals primarily looking for personal gain, or occasional revenge on heroes who have wronged them. The ranks of Syndicate 7 ebb and flowed, with some members coming from the Shadow Axis as new temporary alliances suited all involved. Now, the mysterious Dr. Null has taken control of the group, moulding it into a new criminal empire.
