The Shadow Axis is a society of super-criminals bent on the accumulation of wealth and power, led with an iron fist by the super-mastermind called Tyrant. The supers of the Shadow Axis follow Tyrant’s manifesto and statement of purpose that the world will bend to his will. It is not yet known how many super-villains have stepped into the ranks of the Shadow Axis, but it is feared that its numbers are unmatched by any hero team.
