The Starwatch are the remnants of a resistance force which attempted to halt the widening reach of the Devastation Gyre. These cosmic superbeings watched countless galaxies die, and now they seek to protect Earth as the Everlasting and the Empyrean seek to control the destructive chaos of the Devastation Gyre.
