After Stormfront’s betrayal, seizing control of Shadow Axis from Tyrant, the deposed master laid low for two years. Then he slowly began working with those supervillains on the periphery of the various gangs and coalitions, offering boons for their own enterprises where their peers did not provide assistance. Thus, Tyrant has grown a network of superhuman criminals who owe him favours, where affiliates trade and owe favours among themselves. Tyrant will call in his boons, when the time is right to destroy the usurper Stormfront and the disloyal Shadow Axis.
